Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day operational needs for the Education Manager
Address any concerns or issues identified by the Education Manager or parents
Generate spreadsheets, reports and other documents as required
Answer phone inquiries and direct to appropriate colleagues
Input information into systems as required
Perform ad hoc responsibilities such as filing, supplies inventory and projects assigned by the Education Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or related field
Proven ability to utilize, adapt and embrace new technologies, including Office 365 and other database/software.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment and motivate and instill positivity within a team
Ability to lead, problem-solve, and utilize team-building skills
Proven ability to utilize strong interpersonal skills to deal with others effectively
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
Evidence of double COVID-19 vaccination is needed
Criminal record check is required
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
