Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant – Finance in Calgary, AB. To qualify for the Administrative Assistant – Finance role, you must have excellent executive administrative skills and be able to manage communication for a corporate office.
Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. AA – Finance is a 12 months full time contract position paying $19.50 /hr.
Administrative Assistant – Finance Main Responsibilities:
Provide high level administrative support
Conduct research, triage and respond to information and requests for information
Perform clerical duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
Prepare various correspondence such as reports, memos, financial statements
Administrative Assistant – Finance Main Qualifications:
Previous experience in financial services including brokerage preferred
Minimum three years related experience
Completion of High School required. College Diploma preferred
Technical proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
Proven skills in time management and confidentiality
