Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant – Finance in Calgary, AB. To qualify for the Administrative Assistant – Finance role, you must have excellent executive administrative skills and be able to manage communication for a corporate office.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. AA – Finance is a 12 months full time contract position paying $19.50 /hr.

Administrative Assistant – Finance Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level administrative support
  • Conduct research, triage and respond to information and requests for information
  • Perform clerical duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
  • Prepare various correspondence such as reports, memos, financial statements
  • Administrative Assistant – Finance Main Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services including brokerage preferred
  • Minimum three years related experience
  • Completion of High School required. College Diploma preferred
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven skills in time management and confidentiality
