Administrative Assistant needed in Halifax! Adecco is hiring on behalf of our client. This is a temporary position, pay to be determined on experience. 

Duties Include: 

Distributing and sorting mail
Communication with employees and customers to disseminate or explain information as needed. 
Answer phones and directing calls/taking messages
Compile, copy and sort files
Take inventory

The ability to Multi-task is an asset. Great interpersonal, organization and customer service skills are a must. The successful candidate will need the ability to work independently and manage one’s time.  


High School Diploma or GED typically required
2-4 years Administrative related experience required
