Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant III in Toronto, ON. To qualify for the Administrative Assistant III role, you must have 5-7 years administrative experience in a legal setting, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service / interpersonal skills, and excellent organization skills with the ability to keep information confidential.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is an 8-month contract position and has a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Administrative Assistant III Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a team of 3 to 4 lawyers and two legal officers.
  • Perform general office duties such as providing accurate, organized, efficient and effective support.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents or assembled binders.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Use software programs and other departmental tools or equipment at the level required to efficiently and effectively provide appropriate information required by the team.
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to requests for information.
Administrative Assistant III Qualifications:
  • Must have 5-7+ yrs Administrative Assistant experience to a lawyer / in a law setting.  
  • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma.
  • Training as a law clerk or legal experience is an asset.
  • Experience working with securities or corporate lawyers is an asset.
