Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client in the banking industry in Calgary. The client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work 12-15 hours per week from 10:00am – 6:00pm with occasional Saturdays. The Administrative Assistant role $21.33 per hour and is a 7-month contract.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- This individual will be providing support to the Financial Services Manager at this branch.
- They will be helping out with administrative tasks to help the department with organization and time management.
- Administrative tasks will include: Filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
- This individual should be able to maintain client confidentiality and should be able to take direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Some experience working in an office environment
- Proficient with MS Office - Word, Outlook, Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking skills
- Prior banking/FI experience considered an asset
- High school Diploma is required.
