Adecco is currently looking for a Full time Administrative Assistant to work with one of our clients in London, ON. To qualify for this Administrative Assistant role, you need a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. 

Administrative Assistant duties include:
•    Answer calls and facilitate messages to appropriate parties. 
•    Responsible for dealing with equipment problems and ordering supplies.
•    Responsible for handling all site mail, both incoming and outgoing.  
•    Make sure all paperwork is handled and filed properly.  
•    Data entry   

Administrative Assistant qualifications include:
•    Intermediate computer skills 
•    Must be able to communicate fluently in English language. 
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Minimum 1-2 years of experience
