Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Oakville, ON. To qualify for this Administrative Assistant position, you must have minimum of 1 year experience as an office admin/clerk.If you have CGP cleared that would be great! 
Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the Aerospace/manufacturing industry. This Administrative Assistant role is a 3 - 6 months assignment contract with possible extension/conversion and has a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

Administrative Assistant - Oakville Responsibilities
*Agreements – PIA’s, NDA’s, ECE’s, R&R’s Obtain signatures and re-distribute/resend to initiator as required.
*ITAR Clearances – Prepare Visitor Notices, Denied Party Screenings,  letters for Canada Border Services, wi-fi access, etc.
*Meeting Rooms – Coordinate logistics, schedule meeting rooms, catering requests, parking requirements, headsets for tours, etc.
*Items sent by courier from Tina Hopkins – Distribute cheques, expense reports and/or visa travel cards sent to Oakville from Tina Hopkins.
*Outlook Report – Obtain and distribute every Wed. by 2:00 p.m.
*Expense Reports – Operations/Finance/Shop Personnel – Foreign Currency.  Summarize expense reports 
*Itineraries – Collect, tabulate and send to Beth Garrison 
*Travel Reservations – Booking, changing, accommodating guest changes.  Operations/Finance/Shop Personnel/Visiting VIP’s
*Operations Report – Circulate for data input and follow-up.  
*Policy Deployment – Circulate draft to contributors for data input and follow-up.  Update Master PDR, input and check calculation formulas, YTD, comments, past due dates, spelling, etc. Once approved by Charlie Mason post presentation to shared directory; print out set of slides and post in cafeteria.
*Manager Meeting Slides – Circulate draft for input/follow-up.  Update slides, adjust/correct to Collins format.  Obtain approval from Charlie Mason and release to group to review at department meetings.
*Headcount – Summarize headcount from HR and create department charts for all Oakville Operations Groups.
Administrative Assistant - Oakville Qualifications
•1+ year previous work experience within manufacturing/technology
•Ability to interface with colleagues at all levels within the organization
•Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
•Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel
•Ability to handle complex and difficult negotiations and influence stakeholders
