Adecco is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant - Real Estate for our client located in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Administrative Assistant - Real Estate  position, you must have 2-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment and must be proficient with Autocad or Tririga. 

Our client is a well-known, reputable organization operating under the financial services industry. This role is a 5 months contract with a pay rate of $24.00 per hour.

Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Responsibilities

  • Manage the IWMS/Tririga software application to ensure that projects and drawing integrity are maintained in order to provide accurate information and meet the needs of Canada CRE
  • Develop adhoc reporting and support the development of space utilization management reporting for CRE leadership as required
  • Process monthly rental chargeback allocations for Head Office locations which are reviewed and approved by the various BU finance representatives
  • Prepare rental packages for the budgeting process and respond to any rental inquiries
  • Ensure that all rental and statistical information is properly captured and provided for the purpose of budgeting, processing chargebacks, benchmarking, quarterly reporting and space analysis
  • Analyze statistical results and create ad-hoc reports upon request
  • Responding quickly to BU requests, and ability to adapt and re-prioritize towards key CRE projects when required
Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in an office environment 
  • Architectural Training – certificate/diploma/degree 
  • Proficient with Autocad,  Tririga (Integrated Workplace Management System) 
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) 
  • Ability to work well in team settings, including engaging with other CAFM’s across CRE portfolio to ensure consistency
