Administrative Coordinator Temporary Job opening in Toronto, ON

Toronto Professional Adecco Branch is currently recruiting for our Client, currently hiring a Professional Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist, located in Toronto, a short distance from Union Station, GO and TTC. Please note that this opportunity is a Temporary position for 3 months plus.
Your responsibilities will be providing administrative support and reception duties, in a fast paced, established organization, and with a company that is continuously growing. As the Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist you will use your 3 plus years of administration/reception experience working within the office environment. Must be proficient using MS Office, MSWord/Excel/Outlook and be an excellent outgoing communicator. This Temporary Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist is offering an hourly pay rate of $18.50 plus 4% vacation pay hourly on top.

Some of the direct responsibilities of this Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

Reception duties, receiving inbound calls, transferring to appropriate personnel, greeting guests and visitors
Providing administrative suppoert, processing customer request
Invoice reminders and setting payment terms
Updating customer information in their system
Managing and maintains excel spreadsheets
Using Outlook emailing customers
