Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Administrative Assistant in Richmond, BC. Our client is a market-leading financial dealer in the automotive industry. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their fun, friendly and family orientated team. To be considered for this Administrative Assistant role you must have 2 years experience in clerical/administrative support within an office environment. The pay for this position is $17.00/hr. 


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital file & storage systems
  • Completing clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Provide support to receptionist: answering telephone/switchboard, screen telephone calls and respond to routine requests for information and handling courier deliveries
  • Provide reception coverage during vacation and breaks
  • Run errands
  • Other general office tasks as required.


Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Personable and professional in both appearance and demeanor
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Confident with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
