Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Administrative Assistant job in Sherwood Park, AB. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general office and administrative support to a small team of property/real estate professionals. Our client is a well established, professional firm offering a starting annual salary of $35K-$40K, benefits, 3 weeks vacation and a healthy work/life balance.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:


Answer all incoming telephone calls, take messages and/or transfer appropriately
Perform general word processing functions typing letters, memos, spreadsheets, orders, etc.
Assist with record keeping, filing, processing orders and following up with customer inquiries
Working as part of a team, provide general customer service to colleagues in other branches as needed

Qualifications:

You will possess a minimum of 2 years of direct related experience working as a Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant
Possess strong computer skills in MSOffice and various software packages
Team player who has the ability to multi-task in a fast setting
Ability to work with and take direction from multiple colleagues
Ability to work independently while prioritizing your workload
Previous experience working in a similar role is a must have
