Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Administrative Assistant job in Sherwood Park, AB. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general office and administrative support to a small team of property/real estate professionals. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Have the abiltiy to research, report and have strong analytical skills
Act as an administrative support assistant to the CEO
Perform general word processing functions typing letters, memos, spreadsheets, orders, etc.
Assist with record keeping, filing, processing orders and following up with customer inquiries
Working as part of a team, provide general customer service to colleagues in other branches as needed


You will possess a minimum of 2 years of direct related experience working in a similar role as an Administrative Assistant
Possess strong computer skills in MSOffice and various software packages
Completed a related post secondary diploma
Team player who has the ability to multi-task in a fast setting
Ability to work with and take direction from multiple colleagues
Ability to work independently while prioritizing your workload
Previous experience working in a similar role is a must have
