Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary to permanent, full-time Administrative Assistant in Sussex, NB, to work at a well-established professional association in Sussex, NB. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, and is proficient in Adobe software and Microsoft Office Suite. Pay rate: $20 / hour
Location: Sussex, NB
Monday to Thursday | 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM
Friday | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Typing, Filing
Managing the online calendar
Performing Membership database management & data entry
Managing and maintaining office supply inventory
Invoicing and archiving
Event planning
Updating/changing website content
Monitoring continuing education database
Creating bi-weekly e-bulletins
Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
Certificate or diploma from an administrative-related college/university program is required
A minimum of 1 year of related professional experience is considered an asset
Bilingualism- English and French is an asset
Proficient in Adobe software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be an organized, analytical thinker who can also work well in a team environment
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
