Maintain calendars and schedule appointments across international time zones
Prepare and submit expense reports and update organization charts
Process departmental invoices and respond to vendor queries
Book rooms and organize catering for meetings and office events
Reception coverage as needed, including answering phones and directing visitors
Other administrative duties across departments as needed during vacations or illnesses
Other duties assigned based on departmental needs

The qualifications for the Administrative Assistant in Toronto, ON may include:

At least 5 years’ experience in administrative support
Ability to problem solve independently and exercise sound administrative judgement
