Adecco is currently hiring for an Entry- level Administrative  Assistant in Vancouver. To be considered for this Administrative  Assistant role, you must have a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel.

This is an 8-month contract and has a pay rate $ 21.00/hour.

Administrative  Assistant Responsibilities:
• Provide basic office administration and clerical support as required (maintain filing system, booking appointments, etc.)
• Data entry/calculations  Data entry/calculations 
• Responsible for office supplies inventory and  distributing mail
• Other responsibilities and directives as assigned              

Administrative  Assistant Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in related field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, able to handle large volume workload, able to prioritize
