Our client, a well-respected and recognized workplace law pratice, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to deal with overflow work from the Legal Assistant Team

Core responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with overflow from the legal assistant team
  • Assembling and binding legal documents 
  • Photocopying/ scanning
  • General Admin duties
  • Client identification and verification process
  • Reception coverage (lunch and backup)
  • Legal publication updates
  • Office supply orders
  • Other duties as required
  • File closing management
  • Mail clerk
  • 1 year office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Professional communication (both verbal and written) with clients, coworkers and other parties.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort working with technology
  • Knowledge of a document management program would be an asset
