Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Administrative Assistant in Vancouver, BC. Our clients are looking for 2+ years recent experience in an Administrative Assistant role, have exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Administrative Assistant characteristics:

  • Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provides accurate and timely correspondence and communication; reports, letters, emails,
  • presentations and follow-up notes
  • Maintains calendar, and schedules appointments, meetings, conference calls, etc. within Outlook.
  • Plans and organizes meetings and special events, including booking rooms, sending invites.
  • Provides filing and necessary record keeping.
  • Assist with various special projects and other administrative duties as required
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
