Adecco is currently hiring for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in Vancouver, BC. To be considered for this ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Our client is one of the Canada's leading professional services firms. This is a 6-week assignment and has a pay rate $26.00/hour

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Meet the various internal needs of the firm for office software and administrative support, prepare a variety of documents such as memos, invoices and engagement letters
  • Process invoices, organize partner and staff travel arrangement
  • Review a variety of documents, maintain up-to date contact information of partner
  • Process staff expenses
  • Scanning and printing

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Superior attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven ability to work in a team effectively
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
  • Discrete, available, autonomous and self-starter
  • Ability to work well with little instruction
  • Concur and/or SAP an asset
