This is fantastic full-time permanent opportunity in a mid-sized organization that is right on the subway line. This is a hybrid role with 50% administrative responsibilities and 50% reception duties. The ideal candidate will have a pro-active attitude and experience working in a corporate office providing administrative support.

Greeting visitors and responding to inquiries
Answering and directing calls during high volume hours
Arranging meetings and setting up board rooms
Collecting and delivering mail
Scanning, filing, and maintaining documents
