Adecco is currently hiring a temporary, full-time Administrative Clerk in Bathurst, NB. To qualify for this Administrative Clerk role, you must have previous administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. 

Administrative Clerk Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Branch Manager
• Reconciliation of End-of-Day paperwork, researching and retrieving missing paperwork and signatures
• Responsible for coordinating off schedule customer deliveries
• Provide support for all Safety and EPA training
• Process owner for local purchasing credit card; coordinate approval and collection of monthly receipts
• Location contact for hiring; including posting positions and orientation
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Provide support as cashier, responsible for driver check-in, counting bank deposit, and reconciling deposit to paperwork
• Provide support for front desk including answering phone calls and walk-in customers
• Order cash room supplies
• Monitor office supplies, order replenishments as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned


Admininistrative Clerk Qualifications:

• High school diploma completed
• Two years of administrative experience required
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide positive team support
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Ability to multi-task essential
• Attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
