Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Administrative Clerk in Ayr, ON to work for our client, a leading company in the automotive wholesale industry. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the inventory and sale of vehicles, as per the specifications set.   • Location: Ayr, ON
  • Pay Rate: $19.83 / Hour  
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Assignment Type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales vehicles meet specifications by receiving condition reports, assessing and obtaining authorization for repairs and preparing necessary work order forms
  • Coordinate the inventory and sale of vehicles by entering data into the system, transmitting data to customer’s computer systems, selecting vehicles to be featured on the internet, generating sales agreements and determining vehicle lineups
  • Generate/prepare reports by gathering data from computerized systems (i.e. inventory reports and sales summaries)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating with clients; identifying & resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Process payments, transmit sales & file sales transactions in a timely manner
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable for their accounts
  • Deal with redemptions and personal
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Commercial Accounts experience coupled with AMS and MS Office applications is a definite asset
  • Automotive knowledge with the ability to appraise vehicles is a plus
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Ability to identify value-added repairs
  • A process-minded individual who can quickly evaluate situations, implement solutions and work well in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are crucial for success
  • Self-starter who can assess work volumes and ensure timely completion of these prioritized tasks
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Bilingualism would be an asset
