Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full-time Administrative Clerk for our client in Mississauga, ON. This role will require large volume scanning of documents from hard to soft copy in preparation for a relocation. Don’t hesitate, apply today!

  • Pay rate: $19.00-$20.00/hour
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday | 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Hard copy documents will be scanned and converted to soft copy
  • Working with various department confidential documents such as HR, Legal, etc
  • Assist with preparing files for archive storage
  • Other duties as business needs change or evolve
  • Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving
  • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working both individually and as part of a team, sometimes with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to lift between 30-40 lbs
