We have an opening for an Administrative Coordinator at one of our client sites in Belleville. The ideal candidate is someone who can provide outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven, team-oriented environment.

The Administrative Coordinator in Belleville works with client contacts and Adecco colleagues to ensure data accuracy related to order entry, assignment generation and time capture.

Functions of the Administrative Coordinator include:

Accurately maintains and edits data daily within electronic time capture system.
Liaises with internal Adecco colleagues and client line leaders, supervisors, managers and finance team to ensure approval of hours, provide general payroll support and resolve any billing issues.
Receives client orders regarding their staffing requirements ensuring that all relevant details are recorded, assignments are opened and associates are accurately placed on assignment.
Generates and distributes applicable client specific reports in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy.
Assists with conducting Adecco orientation for new associates as required.
Provides back up support to the Scheduler as required.

Administrative Coordinator Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 12 months related administrative or payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with advanced excel capability.
