Adecco is currently recruiting for a Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent role to work with our client located in Ottawa, ON. Ideal Candidate MUST have a security clearance or be eligible for one (Reliability Status). 

The Administrative Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
-Reviewing and searching on Buy & Sell website;
-Reviewing and updating all ‘Feeds’ followed in Buy & Sell;
-Distributing any amendments and updates from Buy&Sell to all or respective Account Managers;
-Distributing, recording, forwarding, tracking and filing all Request for Proposals;
-Preparing, responding to and following-up on correspondence;
-Reviewing and formatting résumés as required from the Account Managers and maintaining a database;
-Assisting in the preparation of correspondence to Client Authority regarding proposal submission;
-Reading the Request For Proposal in detail and determining its requirements;
-Assisting in the preparation of Request For Proposal for Account Manager;
-Providing support in the preparation of proposal submissions;
-Providing Quality Assurance review of all contents of the proposal’s final submission;
-Ensuring a timely delivery of final proposal and track its receipt;
-Acting as the Senior Proposal Coordinator in his/her absence;
-Maintaining proposal reference material from past Requests For Proposal;
-Assisting Senior Proposal Coordinator in the development and continuous improvement of procedures, guidelines and templates.

The Administrative Coordinator must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or any related field;
-Minimum of 2+ year of work experience in a similar role;
-Must have superb  word processing, editing, formatting and proof reading skills 
-Strong skills in MS Word, MS Excel and other desktop publishing software;
-Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
-Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues in the workplace;
-Ability to develop good relationships with clients and potential clients;
-Ability to perform with minimum supervision;
-Previous corporate experience and ability to assist in writing-up plans and corporate summaries to be included in RFP response is considered an asset.
