Our client in the area of Cobourg is looking for an Administrative person with some accounts receivable experience for a 6-9 week assignment.

You will not be doing collection calls per say, but friendly reminder calls plus processing invoices and payments through platform systems.  You will also be expected to do some administrative and possibly reception duties as well as filing, scanning, general office work and accounts receivable knowledge. Pitching in wherever needed and fitting in with the leanly staffed office is a must. Self-motivated, working independently and whatever is required to get the job done is imperative. You must be good in Excel 2013 as well. Previous experience on in accounts receivable and administrative is a MUST.

Hours are 8-4:30 with ½ hr. for lunch.
Fridge, microwave, kettles on site. Very few local options for outside lunches.
