Adecco is currently hiring Administrative Professionals for various temporary administrative roles in Saint John, NB. To qualify for these Administrative Professional roles, you must have previous administrative experience with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. 

Administrative Professional Responsibilities:
• Providing office support to various departments 
• Creating and editing documents and/or reports 
• Data entry
• Opening and distributing mail
• Answering and directing phone calls and/or email
• Ordering and receiving office supplies
• Other administrative duties as required

    

Administrative Professional Qualifications:
• Previous administrative experience
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• High attention to detail
• Work well under pressure and meet required deadlines
• Post-secondary education
• Bilingual considered an asset
• Ideal candidates are comfortable working in a variety of office environments
