Adecco is currently looking for Administrative Professionals. To qualify for these roles, you must have strong computer skills, with proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, mainly excel & access. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing admin support to the team. The main duties will include reporting, invoicing, and data entry.


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of documentation into company systems
  • Handle incoming calls/emails and direct them to the correct person
  • Maintain record of confidential files
  • Enter report information into program
  • Other duties as assigned

    Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • College diploma in Office Admin or related field
  • 3 to 5 years related experience is required
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Must be able to work independently, but offer support to the team when needed
