Adecco is currently looking for an Administrative Support Clerk to work with a well-established client in Port Coquitlam for a short-term temporary contract.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this Administrative Support Clerk role will come with an attention to detail and great communications skills. This role will be admin focused, therefore date entry and professionalism are key attributes.

Administrative Support Clerk duties include:
•    Greet all customers by providing friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to our clients
•    Records Management: Send out Work Orders; receive back and file appropriately (electronically)
•    Provide administrative support by mailing out daily inspection letters and invoices and updating spreadsheets as needed
•    Manage email inbox and sort through/distribute paperwork.
•    Misc. requests from Chiefs such as preparing letters, memos, binders, lamination, etc. 

Administrative Support Clerk qualifications include:
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in a clerical support role.
•    Completion of Grade 12, supplemented by or including standard courses in general office skills
•    Intermediate to expert knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
•    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
