Adecco is looking for an Administrative Support for a 6-month contract opportunity for our Crown Corporation client based in Ottawa, ON. This role is a fully on-site position, requiring 5 days in office every week for team meetings and support. This role requires a reliability level security clearance or to be eligible for one.
Assist our client with their current document management system, processing and reporting information as required;
Use the Microsoft Office Suite to update and support the documentation process;
Move and organize sensitive files and documentation to tehri appropriate storage method;
Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize the organization process;
Review and ensure files are logged correctly and with accurate information;
The Administrative Support will have the following responsibilities:
The Administrative Support Must Meet the Following Mandatory Requirements:
Post-Secondary Diploma, preferably in the office or business field;
Ability to lift up to 25lbs in documents/files;
Proficiency with Microsoft office software programs (Essential);
Strong oral and written communication skills (Essential);
Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills (Essential);
Able to work independently and in a team with a high degree of organization and attention to detail (Essential);
