Adecco is hiring an HR Administrator on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of business programs and reports. This is a Maternity leave position, pay is TBD on experience. Start date ASAP! 




As the Administrative Assistant IV, the successful candidate will be accountable for providing superior level administrative support to Human Resources teams in a multi-company organization. The Employee Services, Health and Wellness, and Global Mobility teams work in a face-paced, rewarding environment where team work is critical. The incumbent will be responsible for processing invoices and supporting budgeting activities, creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, gathering information for the purpose of providing reports to internal and external partners, and time keeping. Responsibilities may also include reviewing and dealing effectively with correspondence, managing confidential files and other highly sensitive information, organizing itineraries, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, responding to telephone and email inquiries, ordering and maintenance of supplies, and other administrative duties as assigned. Planning and coordination of events throughout the year is also a requirement, working collaboratively with the business to do so.


Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar environment coupled with a related university degree or diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and other computer applications
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience using Oracle Financials and HR PeopleSoft would be considered an asset
  • The successful candidate must be customer focused with ability to multi-task
  • Prioritize heavy workloads independently
  • Possess excellent project management skills
  • Be a team player
  • Experience meeting deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, productivity, accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are a must
  • Previous HR Administration experience is an asset
