  • Pay rate: $18-20/hour depending on experience
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shifts Monday to Friday | 8 AM-5 PM
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary

  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary coordination between field personnel, customers, and the service center
  • Schedule manpower and equipment accordingly to maximize productivity
  • Assist with the processing of orders, opening of projects, and management of backlog as required
  • Provide technical and execution strategy support to the sales team to help insure proper quoting of future projects
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role/environment is an asset
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must have good general computer skills
  • Ability to provide good customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task
