Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full-time Administrator for our client, a leading company in the elevator and escalator industry devices located in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as filing & scanning and working with Workday system.   • Pay rate: $20/hour
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Monday to Friday 
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary (3 months role)

  • Performing administrative duties as such as filing and scanning
  • Uploading content (sensitivity in nature) to the client’s system
  • Overseeing tasks involving the use of Workday system and some tasks related to HR
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working Administration would be an asset (great opportunity for new graduates)
  • Prior experience using Workday system and other HR functions
  • Must have excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
  • Knowledge of computer applications & software
  • Must be a reliable, personable individual who takes initiatives
  • Strong organization skills – be able to prioritize tasks & deadlines
