Adecco is currently recruiting for a Administrator for a temporary to perm placement with our Client in Etobicoke/Weston, Ontario

The Adminstrator will have the following responsibilities:

-Answer, screen and transfer inbound calls

-Receive and direct visitors and clients ( although our office is currently closed to outside visitors due to COVID)

-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel

-Photocopying, email and occasional fax

-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

-Handle requests for company information and data

-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails

-Maintain office supply inventory

-Maintain office equipment

-Data entry

-Mail to be dropped off on a daily basis

-Coordinate incoming/outgoing couriers

-Other clerical duties when required to do so by office staff

Hours -   Monday-Friday  8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Position is not remote, this position is within office.

Dress attire is office casual


$40,000.00 / year
