Adecco is looking to hire a After Hours/Night line Coordinator to work from our downtown office in London Ontario during early and late hours to support our clients outside of business hours. 

- Provide communication to all parties via email/telephone of all inquiries
- Respond to all requests and provide support
- Document accident/incident reports
- Fill orders and check-ins after hours Answer queries regarding assignment details
- Record associate availability in our front office systems
- Provide recruitment support;
- Assist with prescreening, reference checks, testing, report absences, assignment confirmations

Must have Qualifications:
- Must have previous customer service and/or administrative experience
- Must have reliable transportation High school or equivalent
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Technically Savvy.

Hours of Work
Selected individual would have to be available to work the below mentioned hours: Shifts would be scheduled for approx 25 hours per week on shifts that would be scheduled for the following times. 

Support hours during Weekdays
5:00 AM – 10:30 AM       (EST)
4:30 PM – 12:30 AM       (EST)
Support hours for Weekends
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM       (EST)
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM       (EST)

Rate of Pay is CAD 15 per hour
