Adecco is currently hiring for a 12 month temporary After Sales Business Development Analyst in North York. The After Sales Business Development Analyst role, is responsible for business and product development including Scheduled Maintenance Plan (SMP), Extended Warranty (EW), Roadside Assistance (RA), and relevant company system configuration.

$25.00 / hour + Contract Completion Bonus

After Sales Business Development Analyst Responsibilities:

 

• Analyze, build, and implement SMP plans on an on-going basis. Input data from system sources into new SMP system and manage data migration.    

• Build and maintain SMP, EW, and RA reporting – manage filing and routing of source documents after entry.

• Provide on-going support to dealer network with inquiries on rules, regulations, system usability, and policies for all programs.

• Resolve dealer network inquiries on customer records for all programs by investigating the database, trouble-shooting internal systems, and working with parent company for resolutions.

• Manage and perform training for automotive dealer network on new product and system changes/updates. Act as a subject matter expert for all internal systems,

• Assist the After Sales Manager with new program initiatives and internal budgets

• Additional duties as assigned

 

After Sales Business Development Analyst Qualifications:

 

• College degree in Business/Finance/Engineering/Technology/Data Management

• 1-2 years experience working with a focus on After Sales programs and systems in Automotive.

• 2-3 years experience of business development and administration role.

• Original Equipment Manufacturer and/or dealership experience with warranty processing, claims adjusting, investigation, and warranty policy interpretations is an asset          

• Analytical and experience in creating spreadsheets with high volume of data and dollar figures

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite

• Proficiency in SAP, CRM, and SQL is an asset

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team setting

• Ability to map and build processes.
