Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time After Sales Support Specialist to work a 6-months contract, with possible extension, at a globally-known automobile manufacturer specializing in high-end, high-performance sports cars, SUVs and sedans.   • Pay rate: $30-$33/hour
  • Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday
  • Job type: Full-time | 6-months contract
  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ongoing process for handling escalated customer concerns and case complaints related to goodwill in close collaboration with relevant departments
  • Manage complaints including investigation, evaluation, resolution, documenting and tracking the case via various software platforms, and administration of the customer good will budget
  • Support the network of Customer Concierges based upon global standards toward their empowerment through formal training, situational coaching, information and knowledge sharing within the network
  • Develop and implement new customer service and internal processes, optimization projects including IT related and operational process improvements toward greater efficiencies and betterment of all working relationships
  • Provide support to internal teams and end user customers in vehicle related regulatory matters including product campaigns and goodwill compensation disbursements
  • Create support documentation regarding Charging Support Process: workflow, escalation chart, contact points
  • Perform administrative tasks to support Charging Support Project – monitor charging support email inbox, triaging complaints as necessary
  • Develop Service Level Agreements for vendors supporting Charging network
  • Act as intermediary between all departments
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Background in Accounting, Finance or Procurement is required
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing Customer Relations role is needed
  • Automotive dealership experience and/or broad automotive industry knowledge is required
  • Should have computer and mobile device proficiency including all Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to manage oneself and others in stressful situations, conflict resolution skills, discretionary assertiveness
  • Capable of multitasking and managing cross-functional processes/projects from an entrepreneurial approach
  • Able to evaluate situations and make decisions independently
  • Project management experience (PMP) is a strong asset
  • General knowledge on vehicle electrification is preferred
  • Bilingual in French & English is an asset
  • German language competency is an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
