Adecco is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Dundas. To qualify for this Accounts Payable Clerk, you must have strong computer skills, with proficiency using Microsoft Excel & Dynamics. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for providing support to the team, wearing multiple hats throughout the day. Some duties will include assisting with processing payments, calling clients, accounts receivables, etc. The Accounts Payable Clerk position is full-time, permanent opportunity.

Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, direct customers
- Accounts Payables & Receivables – matching invoices, processing payments
- Posting payments into data base
- Other duties as assigned

Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of related experience is preferred
- Must have experience with MS Dynamics & Excel
- Experience with accounts payables & receivables
