  • Pay rate: $16.50/Hour
  • Location: Ottawa, ON
  • Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm | Monday to Friday
  • Job type: Temporary | Full time

  • Responsibilities:

  • Sanding with a rotary sander, pedestal sander and palm sander.
  • Using a drill press.
  • Using a compact router (usually mounted in a table).
  • Handing tools such as saws and drills.
  • Sanding of knobs, handles and totes.
  • Ocassionally palm sanding of plywood sheet goods or the routing of edges of plywood material.
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the mechanical industry.
  • Previous shop experience would be considered an asset.
