Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Asset Retirement Administrator, to work a long-term contract at a well-established integrated oil and natural gas company, in Calgary, AB. In this highly dynamic role, you will support to a team of professionals with a focus on safety, environmental stewardship, and financial discipline, and this by generating AFE’s and completing partner AFE requirements as it is critical to the company’s business workflow.
Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid, 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
Shifts: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the Asset Retirement team with document management related to:
o Non-Routine Monitoring submissions (DDS, WellView, Document Uploads)
o Remediation & Reclamation Assessments (SiteView, Document Uploads)
o Decommissioning Job Book Management (Document Uploads)
Creating new AFE’s and ensuring supplements are completed as necessary
Sending out partner notices and corresponding partner AFE requests
Managing non-op AFE requests, supplements, and cost tracking
Supporting the Asset Retirement team with document management
Creating new AFE’s and ensure supplements are completed as necessary
Managing partner and non-op AFE requests
Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma is a must
Accounting experience is necessary, knowledge in SAP is considered an asset
Industry related experience is also an asset
Experience with Legal Land Descriptions is a plus
Deep knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Peloton Applications (SiteView, WellView) is required
Strong communication skills with an ability to interface with multi-disciplinary teams and internal stakeholders
Able to work in a changing environment
A great attention to detail, with planning and organizational skills are desired assets
Able to work in a team environment.
Able to multi-task effectively and manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
