Adecco is currently recruiting for an Assistant Controller - Bilingual. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to work with our client located in Gatineau, QC. 
The Assistant Controller – Bilingual will have the following responsibilities:
-    Prepares monthly internal financial statements;
-    Prepares quarterly and yearly financial statements;
-    Provides supports to prepare the year-end audits;
-    Develops, records and maintains all documentation for the company’s transactions;
-    Develops and maintains a control system for the company's investments;
-    Provides support to the finance department about fiscal analyses;
-    Provides support to the finance team on the migration of new computer systems;
-    Helps the finance team with the preparation of finance files.
The Assistant Controller – Bilingual must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any other related field;
-    Must hold a CPA qualification or be in the process of getting one;
-    Must be bilingual in French and English;
-    2+ years of work experience in a related role;
-    Previous work experience in an accounting firm is considered an asset;
-    Working experience with multiple accounting software (Excel, Simply Accounting, etc…);
-    Strong written and oral communication skills.
