Adecco is currently recruiting for an Associate Producer for an 18-Month contract with our Client in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate has experience working in Large-scale multiplayer games.

The Associate Producer will have the following responsibilities: 
•Assist with the design features and multiplayer design structure; 
•Proactively identify dependencies and risks associated with meeting project milestones; 
•Create, update, and present status and information to provide ‘real-time' visibility of shared development efforts to the Studio Leadership team;
•Administer project related processes internal and external to the team, such as running scrums to identify dependencies and roadblocks;
•Handle the formal and informal organizational communication with stakeholders;
•Project development with emphasis on team empowerment;
•Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation;
•Communicate goals to the team and motivate them to execute on time and at a high-quality level;
•Management of both internal and outsourced development teams.
The Associate Producer must meet the following mandatory requirements:
•3+ years of experience in Project Management por production experience, ideally on Console products;
•Experience shipping games as a product (ideally AAA quality);
•Production experience working in various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
•Strong understanding of the game development cycle and expected creative process
