Adecco is currently recruiting for a Azure Engineer - Intermediate for a 5-Month contract, with possibility of extension, with our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it.
The Azure Engineer - Intermediate will have the following responsibilities:
-    Subject matter expert of Kubernetes/Azure AKS & Docker 
-    Owns technical aspects of Kubernetes/ Azure AKS build out and maintenance 
-    Containerize traditional applications into Docker images 
-    Builds and maintains internal and Azure Docker registries 
-    Enables end to end visibility and self-healing of the platform 
-    Assists CICD engineer to Integrate software tool-chain into a Continuous Integration environment 
-    Understands and remediates complex issues and topologies of large enterprises 
-    Identifies and addresses system performance bottlenecks in high availability environments
The Azure Engineer - Intermediate must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-    At least two years of experience in administering Azure Cloud platforms. 
-    At least two years of experience of building, maintaining & supporting Kubernetes clusters 
-    Experience maintaining & supporting Azure AKS clusters
Nice to have:
-    2+ years of experience in Docker & application containerization technologies 
-    Understanding of in Ansible, Python & BASH 
-    Good understanding of Jenkins, Git & CI/CD 
-    Knowledge of log mining & analytics tools, ELK preferred 
-    Docker, AWS Lambda/Fargate/AuroraDB, PostGres DB, Swagger
