Adecco is recruiting for a Banking Executive Assistant in Vancouver, BC. This Banking Executive Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to an Investment Banking team as well as other individuals as required. This successful candidate will be responsible for handling tasks delegated by the team and take on administrative functions that carry a high level of responsibility and require the utmost confidentiality.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This Banking Executive Assistant role is a 2-months contract and has a pay rate of $20.30 per hour.

Banking Executive Assistant Responsibilities: 
*Establish good relations with various stakeholders (internal and external)
*Provide advanced administrative support to the team as required
*Coordinate travel using Concur
*Calendar management
*Organize client meetings and conference calls
*Invoicing and general office administration 
*Maintain strict confidentiality internally and externally to the firm
 
Banking Executive Assistant Qualifications:
*Experience in a similar role or a senior administrative position
*Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and Concur
*Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once while remaining calm
*Excellent communication skills
*Flexible and adaptable with a strong attention to detail 
*Good team-player who can also work on their own with minimum supervision
