Banking Officer

Adecco is currently hiring for a Banking Officer to work from home but who also has the ability to go onsite as required, for our client located in Edmonton, AB. To qualify for the Banking Officer role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage transaction processing activities in a high-volume environment.  

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. Banking Officer position is a 3-month contract part-time (22.5 hours /wk) position paying $18.73/ hr with the possibility of extension.

Banking Officer Responsibilities:

  • Complete transaction processing by providing requisite operational support
  • Ensure necessary investigations are completed and escalated accordingly
  • Review and action reports accordingly
  • Adhere to industry regulations and operating procedures in completing and recording transactions  
  • Banking Officer Qualifications:

  • Completion of High School is required. Post-secondary preferred
  • Minimum 1- years experience in financial services environment
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Email
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and attention to detail skills
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
