  • Administering new applications and claims in a quick and accurate manner; verify and obtain additional information as needed
  • Responding to questions, inquiries and concerns from employees regarding coverage, claims and more (phone, email, mail and/or in person)
  • Researching information to ensure accurate details are provided to and from employees/provider
  • Tracking, verifying, updating and documenting premiums, leaves, claims, requests invoices etc
  • Reconciling files and accounts on various reporting/trackers
  • Additional benefit administrator and general reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

  • 2-3 years+ of Benefit Administration or directly related experience such as insurance administration/related claims administration etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Resourceful, ability to think on your feet and ask questions
  • High level of accuracy, detail and follow through; numbers/math oriented
