Adecco is currently hiring for a 3 -Month Temporary Benefits Analyst in North York . To qualify for this Benefits Analyst role, you must have 3-5 years of related benefits experience within a multi-national environment. Our client is a Fortune 500 Company and a leading, innovative tobacco company. The company is focused on innovating new products that have the potential to present less risk to harm consumers. Pay: $30.00-$35.00 / hour

Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:


• Act as a main point of contact for employees extended health care, dental, insurance and retirement plan inquires.

• Act as a main point of contact for employees disability programs and working with manager on return to work accommodation schedules       

• Responsible for processing monthly benefit billings

• Monitor eligibility and enroll employees in the benefit plan according to policy

• Performs analysis and conducts regular audits to ensure accuracy of rates between SAP payroll and Sun Life     

• Accurately maintain employee records, including contributions and dedications related to benefits

• First point of contact for newly hired employees providing all paperwork and explaining processes

• Accurately process and review payroll in accordance with company and regulatory requirements

• Process manual and off-cycle pays as required

• Review and reconcile yearend by balancing tax returns and ensuring information on the returns is correct prior to distribution                              


Benefits Analyst Qualifications:


• 3-5 years experience in a benefits position within a multi-national environment

• Advance knowledge / exposure to health/dental, retirement and leave of absence benefit products

• Experience with Sun Life an asset

• High attention and strong organizational skills

• Advance in Microsoft Excel

• Working Knowledge of SAP
