Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Adecco is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our client, a successful and growing company specializing located in Newmarket, ON. Get your foot in the door with our client who has a friendly work environment and is also offering the opportunity for permanent hire.

  • Pay rate: $21/hour
  • Location: Newmarket, ON
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 9:00AM to 5:00PM

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete invoices as required at different frequencies including end of day, week, and month
  • Assist with client calculations over the phone in both English and French to complete transactions and provide customer service
  • Process orders as needed and perform data entry
  • Assist in other general office and administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Ability to do calculations
  • Willingness to work long-term
