Our client in Scarborough, ON is a non profit and they are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:


- Type letters accurately and expediently (English and French letters)
- Using “mail merge type” documents to create letters, cards and envelopes
- Letter writing using the standard letters available
- Maintain a log of all letters generated/complete daily logs
- Process incoming mail and code files accordingly
- Data Entry processing and verification
- Issue receipts
- Achieve and maintain the acceptable error ratio and productivity level established by the department
- Prepare letters for mailing using the folding machine
- Perform filing duties
- Log comments to donors’ files
- Organize personal work routines and ensure daily quotas are met
- Other tasks assigned by the Administrative Supervisor to be completed expediently and accurately

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

- Strong keyboarding and proofreading skills
- Previous Microsoft Word & Excel experience
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French
- Above average oral and written communication and ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Good time management skills and well organized
- Detail oriented and efficient with a strong commitment to quality while meeting specific deadlines
- Works well independently and as part of a team
