Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full time Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Sussex, NB for an indefinite term with the possibility of turning into a permanent position. To qualify for this Bilingual Administrative Assistant role, you must be fluently Bilingual (English & French) and proficient in Microsoft Office. Pay rate for this Bilingual Administrative Assistant role is $16.00/hour.

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Managing website
• Typing, filing, archiving 
• Data entry in Microsoft Access
• Monitoring continuing education database
• Creating newsletters using Mailchimp
• Event planning
• Emailing - sending membership applications, communicating with potential new members
• Working with Adobe documents and creating searchable PDF's
• Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am - noon
• Other general office and administrative duties required according to established procedures    

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
• Must be fluently bilingual(English requires both verbal and written;French requires verbal, written considered an asset)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work independently
• Must be reliable and able to multitask 
• Excellent communication skills 
• High attention to detail
