Adecco is currently hiring Bilingual Administrative Professionals for various temporary Administrative and Reception roles in Saint John, NB.

Bilingual Administrative Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and directing calls    
• Opening and distributing mail         
• Ordering and receiving office supplies        
• Data entry    
• Creating and editing documents and/or reports      
• Other administrative and reception duties as requested                                         

Bilingual Administrative Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• Previous reception, administrative or clerical experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• Experience using multi-line phone system
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Ideal candidates are comfortable working in a variety of office environments
• Ability to problem solve
• Work well under pressure and meet required deadlines
